Buying a home in pre-sale gives the home buyer a chance to personalize and pick many custom options for there new home. The number and kind of options vary for every project but usually include selections such as: flooring, cabinets, countertops, sinks, appliances and accessories.
Aside from the options you can also gain “instant equity” when purchasing pre-sale. You can reserve a pre-sale home with a small down payment and you don’t actually pay/close on the property until it’s completed. In a growing market you can gain good appreciation within six months to a one year which is the common waiting time for a presale home to be completed.
