John D. Jochim, a Seattle native, started his real estate career after negotiating the purchase of his first home. Prior to his career in real estate John was the Northwest Regional Sales Manager for a large brewery. He applied the knowledge and expertise gained from over 10 years of experience in the professional sales industry, toward a career in real estate. In April 2006, John and Phil formed DiTo Properties Inc. John specializes in the representation of buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. He has established relationships with lenders, investors, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, escrow agents, insurance agents, contractors & builders. Together with a myriad of professionals John will offer his clients all appropriate information when choosing to buy or sell a home or investment property. After working in the information technology field for four years, Phil decided to pursue a career in real estate. He began his career as a buyer’s agent at Keller Williams Realty. In April of 2006, Phil formed DiTo Properties Inc. with co-owner John Jochim. His scope of knowledge expands across all property types, with a specialization in acquisition and disposition transactions. His keen understanding of the marketplace and technological insight provide a competitive advantage for his clients. Rachel joins DiTo Properties with nearly five years experience in the residential and multi-family real estate industry. Prior to her career in real estate, Rachel worked as a sales professional specializing in increasing and maintaining market share of company products. She focused on marketing and customer service management. Rachel’s professional real estate career has exposed her to all areas of real estate including acquisition, disposition, exchange, financing and land use. She has formed a network of professionals that includes mortgage brokers, inspectors, builders, and title and escrow specialists. Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Washington State University. She is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Washington and his working toward her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) & Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations.

Matthew Huddleston joins DiTo Properties with nearly three years experience in the Puget Sound commercial real estate industry. Before joining the DiTo team, Matthew was an associate at Cascade Partners commercial real estate company in Seattle specializing in multi-family real estate. During his tenure, he had extensive training in market analysis, financial analysis, research, investing, and negotiation. Matthew’s training allowed him to develop comprehensive skills in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family investment property and obtain expertise in condo conversions and developable land transactions. He is highly knowledgeable about the Puget Sound real estate market, with past transactions spanning from Duval north to Snohomish County and down into the greater Seattle area. Matthew has chosen to take his positive experience in the commercial real estate industry and broaden his horizons by becoming a full service agent to better serve his clients. Matthew now represents clients in all aspects of real estate acquisition, disposition, exchange, financing and land use.
