Boulevard Park/Riverton
Boulevard Park and Riverton are neighborhoods in the North Highline Unincorporated Area. They don’t belong to a city just yet, although the cities of Seattle and Burien are considering annexation of the neighborhood sometime in the near future.
Homes values are among the most reasonable in King County – due in large part to the close proximity to the airport and freeway and the sounds and noises that accompany both. This community is home to over 10,000 people and residents are getting more active in community building efforts in the neighborhood.
Local churches have stepped up their activism, block watches have been formed and citizen patrols walk the neighborhood several times a week. All in all, it’s a community on the upswing and in terms of the real estate market, property in this neighborhood is considered a “good value.”
