Seattle’s north end neighborhoods of Ravenna, Windermere and Laurelhurst boast a wide range of home types—from modest bungalows and university faculty homes to more elaborate homesteads with stunning views of Lake Washington

The neighborhoods have typically attracted middle-class and upper middle-class residents over the years and real estate values have continued to climb in this area.
